years. Our guides know all the pathways and the best spots to view and take
pictures of the scenic Ijen Crater and Mt Bromo and also they are trained
to keep the tourists safe at all times. Our guides will not allow tourists
to climb any sloops or steps which are dangerous and risky and they will always
guide tourists the best way to reach to the top of Ijen Crater and Mt Bromo
view point safely.

CONCERNED
ABOUT IN A VOLCANO TOUR
We
like to advise that in a volcano tour, the main consideration is not about
searching for the cheapest tour price in the market to save more in your budget
as it usually leads to disastrous result and you might spoil your own holiday
trip for having engaged cheap tour with inexperienced guide or unfriendly or
unprofessional guide that causes nightmare in your journey.Based on some unfortunate tourists’
experiences posted at Tripadvisor, one will learn that it is really not worth
to put your life at risk by looking for cheap and low priced volcano tours in
East Java.
Please be aware that
there are some unscrupulous parties who offer cheap volcano tours with no
experience whatsoever in trekking volcanoes and they usually entice tourists by
offering much lower tour rates than market rates by excluding all entrance fees
in their tour packages. Unsuspecting tourist are sometimes forced to pay
exorbitant entrance fees to enter these volcanoes in their tour. Please be
careful of such scam ya!
It is also imperative
to note that the main concern is not by looking for the best
condition or status of the hotel you will be staying as you will be spending
most of the time trekking these volcanoes and have very little time staying in
the hotel. What you should be concerned more is the location of
the hotel in that whether it has a great view of Mt Bromo
crater.
For Mount
Bromo, we choose Cafe Lava Hotel and Lava
View Lodge because nothing beats a panoramic view of Mt Bromo
crater where our panel hotels are located. For your info,
other luxury hotels like Jiwa Jawa Bromo are very expensive and are located
very far away from Mt Bromo crater and you will not have this opportunity to
enjoy such panoramic view. In fact according to reviews, our panel
hotels, Cafe Lava Hotel and Lava View Lodge serve the
best food for breakfast, lunch and dinner at Mount Bromo much enjoyed by our
foreign tourists who had stayed there.
As for Ijen
Crater, we choose Ijen View Hotel because their room
conditions are so much better and comfortable than other hotels in Ijen Crater
area even though it is not located literally at the foot of Ijen Crater volcano
like Cartimor Homestay & Arabica Homestay (which have very very bad &
terrible room conditions), the distance is not that far compared to other
luxury hotels like Jiwa Jawa Ijen (which is very far away from the foot of Ijen
Crater) including other hotels like Ketapang Indah Hotel located far away at
Banyuwangi area. By staying at our panel hotel at Ijen View Hotel,
you don't need to wake up too early for your blue fire tour that usually starts
at 1:00AM. Ketapang Indah Hotel, Jiwa Jawa Ijen and other luxury hotels are
located very far away from Ijen Crater, and you need to wake up 2 hours earlier
than those who stay in Ijen View Hotel, meaning you need to travel
another 2 hours from your hotel starting from 11:00PM in order to reach the
foot of the crater on time to watch the blue fire. If you stay at Ijen
View Hotel, you can rest more and there is no rush and you only need to
start your journey at 1:00AM the next morning.
